I didn't understand Public Mobile community  .I don't know y they not post me sim its one week order?

Y new coustemer are not allow to talk with coustemer service, To me its to hard to work get help in public coumminity

I agree with you that it is more difficult to deal with PM because you cannot just go into a store to talk with someone. In addition, first level tech support is provided primarily  by the Community.

However, the prices for most plans are great, even though, while PM is in beta mode, it takes up to 12 weeks to join.
