I have paid my monthly account balance and online it says i have a balance but when i call it saying nothing in the balance and will not reactivate so i can make calls and text! Help before my husband get more angry about it lol!

Try rebooting your phone. If that fails, click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, and an explanation. Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9AM (ET) - 7:30PM (ET).
