I didn't, while it was processing, it timed out and said could not connect or reload or something like that.
Hey @civens... I'm a little late to the party, but if that happens on any website... check your credit card balance FIRST before trying again. I have a KOHO Visa and receive a notification immediately on my phone when there's activity on my card. The only reason I mention it, is that I've been burnt by that before *ouch*
