I can testify to fact that customers are often left guessing as to the status of the order. My experiences have been that orders from Public Mobile sometimes show up unexepected and are also often left unintended out in plain view by the shipping carrier. Unfrotuantely, this means that you have to be constatnly on the lookout for your package.
