trying to open an account and pay with a voucher but cant find place for voucher payment

To sign up with Public Mobile, you need to use a credit card. I've heard that pre paid credit cards do work but never tried. You should be able to use any credit card. Once that is done, then you can have your credit card removed from system and moving forward you can use vouchers if you choose or other pre paid credit cards.

you can't pay with vouchers...you need a valid Mastercard or Visa debit. Walmart sells Vanilla Mastercard that are reloadable debit cards. Once the account is active you can pay with vouchers for renewals though.
