So I logged in - paid - downloaded the app - and chose esim. It allowed it according to my IMEI.
I clicked on "Yes" to allow the transfer of my number to Public.
Then it went to find the esim and couldn't.
Now I'm locked into a circle where it isn't allowing my phone to be activated but I can't confirm it.
I open public app
It states "We've noticed you have an active Public Mobile service and would like to confirm your full access"
No other buttons are available
However it wants to send a 6 digit code to my phone which is not active.
I did buy a physical SIM from the store today and still the same issue.
When I go to log in online it states the same and wants to send the code to the phone number that I can't get activated.

I believe that you're going to need a Public Mobile customer support agent. Please send a private message to the user CS_Agent.
