I was helping my husband change is payment method & found that his PM account is using a number for confirming is identity that we don't recongnize? I don't see it anywhere in his profile - I don't understand how to change it.

@stimber , are you referring to the eversafe ID the stores the phone number and email address? If you need to change that, go to the profile tab and there will be an eversafe ID link for you to check and change the information as required.

did he get a temporary number first and ask for porting after? Myabe that is the temp number?
but i think you need PM support agent to check and find out what number is that and update it back to the correct one.
