Phone service was working 4 days.  Then stopped working. Says you are not registered. No service

Indeed, @EarthFarm 

 

Rebooting, resetting network connections, toggling airplane mode on/off, removing and reinserting one's SIM card usually fixes many network issues.  (outages or reception issues aside)

Got it working. this below worked
Try rebooting phone, remove SIM and reinsert, reset network settings.

Where from did you get your phone? Second hand? Kijiji?

Try your SIM in another phone to determine if it is SIM or phone issue.

Service outage might be in your area. Check here but short outages might not be reported...

Can you try your SIM card into another compatible phone to see if services work?

 

Did you perhaps issue a charge back on your credit card recently?
