I got a new sim and selected a new number, they are sending a code for verification to the new number but Im not receiving any message

Did you activate a physical SIM card or eSIM card?
Did you complete your activation via the PM app or the website? If via website, you will need to finish off the activation on the PM app.

There should be an option that says "Didn't Get Code?". Click on that and choose the Email option if it's there. If it's not there, then please create a ticket for assistance.
