Porting from Fizz

Hello, I’m trying to port my phone number from Fizz, followed the account number by adding 0000 at first but the transfer failed

thank you for your help!

Did you receive an email from PM with QR code for eSIM?

Then your account is not likely set up properly and your port also failed.

Do you have any service wth your PIM SIM card?  If your port is stuck, you should still be able to dial out and sent outgoing texts.  Data also should be working.  Just unable to receive texts or calls on your ported number.
