I have two public mobile accounts, I just updated my cc number on one and the other one it says it cannot process the payment... same card. what's the deal?

The website is finicky and has caching issues. Might want to try to update on the PM app itself. Or if using web browser, clear cache first, incognito mode or even a different web browser.

give it another attempt in a coupla hours. If that doesn't work, click the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start process of getting Customer Support to help.
