Hello,
I am trying to pay for my subscription with my credit card but the payment is failing.
The error I get is:
Payment Failed: please try again or use a different payment method.
I am using a credit card issued by a bank in the US. I also tried using a debit card issued by a Canadian bank but that fails too.

The above doesn't apply as the name of the cardholder is not checked, nor is it asked for by the Public Mobile payment system. With the exception of postal code, the address isn't checked either.

From the app, I tried adding my debit card. It is a Mastercard but it still fails. Error:
Credit card validation failed. Please try again.

you must download the Public Mobile app to sucessfully activate the account. You can't use a usa payment card...only Cdn Visa credit / debit or Mastercard credit / debit will work.
