Trying to change plan to add Mexico. Payment on app fails to multiple cards. Now my data doesn’t work

have you tried rebooting your cell ? If that fails...try a network reset (you'll lose saved passwords).
added...if all else fails, click the orange chat bubble on lower right side of the page to start process to get Customer Support help.
