How can i login the app to get my eSim card since it constantly ask for double verification and my cell has been
deactivated by previous network. it alway want to send verification code to my cell???

your problem is not just login, but a porting issue
you cannot port in your old number if your account already deactivated with your old network. You have to either call them to resume service first, so you can port in your number, or you have to ask PM to help to get you a new number instead. You can submit ticket by direct message:
