Hello,
My number transfer from Bell to Public Mobile is stuck.
I never received the Bell SMS confirmation to approve the port, or my reply could not be sent.
Could you please re-trigger the port request so Bell can send the SMS again, or complete the transfer on your side?
My old Bell SIM is still active and powered on, ready to receive the confirmation.
