I haven't been able to log into my Public Mobile account due to having an email address on file that I have no longer access to. I don't know to which email address my account is linked because when I give my phone number, it says it will send a confirmation email to the email on file. I never get an email because I don't have access to that account anymore. I can reset my password using my phone number which can still receive confirmation codes but Public Mobile won't let me login with just my phone number and password, it requires an email address and password. I haven't been able to login for months now

You should be able to login with your old email and correct password. The 2FA code will be text to your phone to login.
If you still can’t login. Contact a CS_Agent.
