@Nikoliivic, I would not be post pictures of your phone numbers. I know that we give out our phones numbers to people who we choose to, but your messages can be viewed by anyone with an internet connection, and even by those who are not employees of Public Mobile.

Good morning,
Here are the details.
O have a samsung blu with two sim cards. The hpone numbers are
647-762-7960
289-931-7960
I managed to set up voice mail for the 647 number but annot seem to figure out how to set up voicemail for the 289.
I can call and receive calls from the 647 number but not the 289.\\I am attaching screen shots I see on the phone. The newtwork not available is when I try to use the 289.
The emergency calls only appears daily but not consistently.
Thanks for the coaching.

Does your account info show as Active ? Is this a new service ? Can you please post a screenshot of your plan details, but edit out any personal stuff. Is this a new phone and maybe it's still locked to a previous provider. More info needed here, Nik.

If you are porting an existing phone #, it may take up to 2 hours for the port to complete. If your old sim is still working, your port may be in transit.

We will need more details to help you...
- Was your phone working before with your Public Mobile SIM?
- Are you a new client/have you ported a number/have you chosen a new number?
- Can you send/receive texts?
Can you try to put your SIM in another unlocked phone to see if it's working? - and/or Can you try to put another SIM in your phone to see if it's working?
- Make sure your phone isn't on airplane mode.
- Try to go outside to see if you get more reception.
- Try rebooting your phone.
... and get back to us with what is working or not 😉

Is this a new activation?
If yes, did you port your number over to PM during activation?
