Hello,
I had service with Public Mobile last year, then shut it down due to my being out of the country for 5+ months.
Now that I am about to return, I would like to restart service under my previous account, but am unable to, since access to my previous number is required to log into that account, and I no longer have that number.
I understand that I can create a new account with a new email address (which is what I had to do in order to post this question), but I don't want to have to do this every year that I return to Canada from extended travel. I'll soon run out of email address, and don't want to have to create new email addresses just for this purpose.
How is it possible to restart service with a new number and have it connected to my original account from last year?
Thank you.

hi @Kalon1
you can actually use the same email address to create the new account. Many did that
but sometimes there could be hiccup with that (the system refuses). In that case, you can ask support to clear up the issue and it would let you use the same email. You can submit ticket by direct message:

all account not ACTIVE for 90 days after their latest renewal expires will be deactivated. Once deactivated, you need a new sim to start a new account with a different email. To keep the plan, you'd have to find a way to keep it active whilst you're away. When you start your new account, you need a valid credit card / debit card and your account will use that card to renew every 30 days. You could just keep paying whist your gone and it'll still be usable when you get back.
