phone is paid and no service, can i speak to customer service? This needs to be resolved now.

What trouble shooting have you tried?

Like:

  • turn the phone off for a couple minutes, then restart it up
  • remove the SIM card, it could have shifted or debris got lodged somehow. reinsert it, reboot.
  • toggle into airplane mode then back to regular mode
  • perform a reset of the network settings of the device

Have you managed to send a private message to customer support? Put "No service" in the subject line and leave a detailed message.

 

Have you tried putting the pm sim card in another phone to see if it works? Try calling 1 855 4PUBLIC from another phone and enter the 10 digit phone number to hear the info on the account in question.

PM is an online service so you will need to contact a CS_Agent by private messaging by clicking on the envelope icon on top of this page if you are having issues with logging into your Self Serve account.

Otherwise, support here can help you navigate through your account to update your expired credit card.

 @mariachabinka14 : When was the last payment? Did you try the devicecheck.ca? Did you try the SIM in another phone?

If you can't login and you can't get through to 611..seems all you can do is muddle your way through that chatbot to get to Submit a ticket.

@mariachabinka14  there is customer support but only through online messaging with csagents

 

Have you tried your sim in another phone.? What happened when you tried to login to your selfserve? When did phone stop working? When was your last payment.

so theres really no customer support? 611 is saying call failed and not even connecting

No one's going to call you. It would be wise to remove your number.

Did you have service? Then it suddenly stopped? Can you login to your self-serve account? What recording do you get when you dial 611? Have a look at devicecheck.ca just in case. Did you do a chargeback for an unknown Koodo charge?
