phone is paid and 611 is unavailble.

this is my mothers subscription, never had to use this website simply top the phone off with a new card so im unable to log in to any profile and am stuck speaking to a useless robot. Been using the service for years and it stopped this morning.

so theres really no customer support? 611 is saying call failed and not even connecting
