If your service has been suspended due to non payment, you can go into your online account and update the credit card information in the payments tab, do a manual top up and restore the service.

Your service was suspended not cancelled because of the expired CC.
Login to your account and update your CC on the PM app or website. Go to Payment tab>Update Card Information.
You can also purchase vouchers and go to:
7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway or Staples. You can dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC to enter the voucher number and restore service right away.

@Fern2657 Best to try and update credit card info on the app I find , if you have been using it first uninstall the app and reinstall it and allow location services on in the app when you first open it back up . Also note if you tried to many times it could lock your card out for a full 24 hours before you can try again . In the meantime if your in a hurry quickest solution would be to buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 to resume services right away and worry about updating credit card later .

If you created a ticket through chatbot and agent asked you to authenticate yourself, now you have to wait for agent to get back to you. It could be in a ew minutes or hours depending how busy they are...

@Fern2657 , are you referring to the chatbot? Are you able to get into your online account and confirm its status.
