Hi, I have no internet service. The chatbot doesn't help, I want actual support please. My data is not working the 3rd day in a row now. I still have lots of GB left. Is there an issue with data service ? Phone and text works, LTE / 4G not. Please reach out to me @customer Service ?! Thanks. My Account no. ends with -5304

It happens to me on my old carrier service every 3-4 months…it happens.

It sounds like the Cellular Network is not connected so go to Settings on your phone and reset the Cellular Network settings. You will need to reset your WiFi password afterwards.
Let us know if you need help in resetting the network but we will need your make and model of your phone.
