And curious, what you meant by "no log" on your subject. Are you trying to access log via My Account? Let us know if further issue after you able to log back into My Account

Is this for a new account or have you been a PM'er for awhile ?
When was last plan expire ? After 90 days suspended, your account is closed and deactivated.
Log in on a laptop using incognito mode.

HI@eric61 there is no more account lock now. Just close all the browser and relaunch
You can try login again
or if you forgot password, use the password reset link to reset password
If you still cannot reset it, submit a ticket with CS agent and they will help
Please submit ticket at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
