My account page indicates I have 13+ gb data but I cannot use use it. Why? I'm on the 4h network. Is it down?

Rebooting the cell resolved the issue.

@wolverine4099 you could be seeing old cached usage.  Please login My Account using Incognito mode to get the correct usage

 

also, disable the Mobile data limit on your device if it was enabled
