Hello
Woke up this morning in Newmarket to no data service on my cell. I am able to make phone calls and wifi works fine. I spoke with 2 others in Toronto and they are not affected.
Anyone else have the same issue?

@divetotheblue if there is data showing on your overview section of your self serve account, and other suggestions have not help perhaps try to perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings.
This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
Iphone:
To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.
Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.
android:
Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.
You could also try toggling into/out of airplane mode. This can help with finicky data connections.
OR, it may have been a network issue in the area. Hopefully, it is cleared now, if so.

When my data is slow or some things don't run I try the 3G only but I don't seem to getting lucky going that route as I barely even get a signal, I am thinking it is just a time/location thing as it can be hit or miss sometimes.

WiFi will Always work as it has nothing to do with PM.
If you are on $15 plan, did you used all your data allowance.
Accidentally turned data off?

Please login to your account and check My Data & Add-ons on the bottom of the page to see how much data you have left. If you are on the $15/month plan, you may have used it up.
In this case, you can purchase add-on minutes or use wifi.

HI@divetotheblue , you might want to try these couple things and see if any works
- reboot the phone
- Change the network to 3GONLY
- reseat the SIM (take sim out , wipe clean and put it back after)
