I have tried re-starting my phone and then trying voicemail. I have tried to re-set my password. Still says there is an error.
I just can't seem to enter at all into my voicemail. Kinda frustrated

@Andrew91 I presume you are trying to access your voicemail by holding "1" on the dialpad? If that does not work you can also try dialing your own mobile number. If that doesn't work, you can dial any one of the voicemail numbers across Canada on this page: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/Updated-list-of-Voicemail-Access-Numbers/...
Are you using Android or iPhone? on Android it should be in the Phone app, Settings> Speed Dial Settings> 1 Voicemail > Setup > Voicemail Number.
for iPhone:
Check Voicemail Retrieval Number
Program Voicemail Retrieval Number
"13065804001" can be replaced with any of the voicemail access numbers in the aforementioned link.

You can reset your voicemail pin # on the overview page of your self serve account.

HI @Andrew91 how you call your voicemail? did you try access your VM from a landline. Call yourself and enter * when you hear your greeting and follow the instructions there

Or, if had access to it before, and now no access, try to perform a reset of your device's network settings.
You can also, delete any voicemail contact currently in your phone, then readd one found in this list, then try to call it again.
