newly activated account long distance add on not working, won't call UK

ok, new account set up yesterday, phone calls in canada working, but although my accounnt shows the add on of 400 international minutes i tried to call 2 numbers in the UK today, one a home phone the other a cellphone. i got audio messages saying i did not have the right plan?

@akmitche  UK is in the list. so it shoudl work unless they have restricted soem numbers.  are you able to call other countries say USA?  or try a hotel in the UK?

Your are most likely not dialing the number correctly. Dial +44followed by the entire number and press send
