most of us see some Canada-US-Mexico plan. So, what plan amount you are paying ? What plans you see on your change plan page?

If you don't care to keep your existing cell number, you can just get another PM sim and start a new account using a different email address. When you successfully activate your new account, you should disable Subscribed (in old account ) to stop autopay and after recent renewal suspends, the account is deactivated in 90 days.

@dutch123 Offers for new and current subscribers are targeted and will vary based on your current plan price (not too many options to downgrade by $ value for current users) New subscribers will see all plans at initial time of set up. Hope this helps.

@dutch123, yes you can cancel your plan with Public Mobile but if you wish to keep your existing phone number you would need to port it out to another company and then you can join Public Mobile again but as a new customer, using a new SIM and different email address, and then you can either use a new assigned phone number or you can port in the number from the other carrier you transferred out to.

hi @dutch123
all mobile carriers are like that , leave the best plans for new activation only
login My Account and check what plan available for you on Change Subscription page. Sorry, those are the plans you can change to, nothing much we can do to get plans not available there
