But, do you mean you activated a new SIM card and plan/account, and you have no services?
Check your My Account or call 611 to see if your status is saying Active. If so, try:
Is your phone locked? Contact your previous provider to unlock it for you. You will need your imei number, dial *#06# to get it.

@sebon2000 Did you login to your account and Change Sim card under Profile/Quick Link page?
You will also need to use incognito or private mode or another browser for the self serve account because of caching problems.
If you did change the SIM card, then try rebooting the phone or toggling airplane mode on/off couple of times.

@sebon2000 how you entered the number? Di you try to Change sim card on a mobile phone? Something wrong with that part of the site and you need to use a computer to do that
Please go to My Account aain from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card. Click on Quick links on top, then Change Sim Card. Using computer should work. Let us know
