Was your account working before? What plan did you switch to? Is everything on your new plan not working? or only some portion of it, like data, text or voice? Incoming or outgoing?

Is your status of your account active or suspended? Is the old or new plan showing in your account?
Was the money taken from your balance?

I was changed my plan few days ago. I have paid for this plan, but it is not working.

That's a blank body of a community message, should we assume that dollars are cut in the middle, or plans are killed and dead.
For the later possibility, it is natural that promotion plans have to come to an end. If they are indefinite, then no promotion value. But, promotiions will always be there, may be we have to wait for some good timings. My speculation or guess though, logical guess - taking into consideration of black friday and holiday season ahead.
