Canada US Mexico plans

Hi,

If I sign up for one of your Canada, US, and Mexico plans then is my plan active and valid anywhere I go? Like if I go to Florida then there are no extra charges? What happens if I am in the USA and all my data runs out? Also can I transfer an existiNg number to you? Thanks

if you run outta data, the data will just quit until next regular plan renewal OR you buy a 15 Day US Roaming data add-on. You won't get surprised with any overages or added billing after the fact.

For talk whilst in USA, you must have a cellphone that is on the Public Mobile whitelist for VoLTE enabled phones...otherwise calls won't complete. Here's some reading about VoLTE and an "out-of-date" whitelist. A few other cellphones might work but this is the official version anyhow.

yes, you can transfer your number to Public Mobile, but there are still some numbers cannot be transferred here.  There used to be an online tool you can check porting eligibility , but it is no longer working.  So, Tell us the area code and next 3 digits, we can confirm.

Hey @Kc10 

The Can US Mex plan is an all in one plan. Use it in the US and Mex as if you were back home in Canada. You can use up as much data as you want while your away outside Canada up to your purchased limit. No addons needed.
