on monday I got umidigi power 3 phone, put my sim card in it and put everything in that the apn info on the public mobile site said to get it working and now it won't use data so if I am on my way to work it can't connect.
does anyone have any suggestions? I am a loss

I had good luck with this issue when I restarted my phone.

@shep22 All Umidigi phones are unlocked.

Check the APN settings. Should be like this.
If not like this
save new APN reboot and try. Provided you logged into your self serve account to confirm you have data left.
