Hi, my phone is suspended. i have new credit card. i cannot access my account to replace my old expired credit card with my new credit card. Please help. Thanks

If you want to get your services up and running right away you could purchase a voucher and add it by calling 611 on your phone. Press ( 1 ) then ( 1 ) again and then enter the 12 digit pin # of the voucher.
Vouchers purchased at Shell stations, London Drugs, SDM and 7/11 are immediately valid upon purchase and can be loaded onto your account via 611 to reactivate your service.

Once you have your service working you can then deal with getting access to your account to change your credit card info.

What can't you access your Self Serve account?
