Hi, I'm a current Public Mobile customer. I ordered a new SIM card for my wife who used to be a Public Mobile customer two years ago. I placed the SIM order using my account info. Last night, we tried to activate the new SIM using my wife's account (set up in the activation process), but was unsuccessful. What can we do to get it activated ?
Thanks.
Leon

@lxfyoung You need to activate a new account for her if she hasn’t been with public for over two years . A account can only stay in suspended state for 90 days before closing out completely.. from there is she wants to join again it need be a new account and activation

What error did you get?
Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Was there any error message? When activation,g your wif being a a former customer doesn't effect anything other than the fact that a different e-mail address than last time may need to be used. The old phone number wouldn't likely to be retrievable.

@lxfyoung , at what point during the activation process did you get to? Check your credit card to see if a payment was made. If not, you should be able to try the activation again. I suggest using incognito mode on the browser when doing the activation.

make sure to try on desktop or laptop device next time. It’s best to also use an incognito or private tab.
It will need to be activated with a new email address and it will be assigned a new account number. The one from two years ago cannot be reused.
