new activation done but did not ask sim card number already take money and activate but phone cant work becuase system dont have new sim info
this our email under xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
and when long in account it ask otp sms message we dont have activate sim please help

It is strange, it would be on page 1 of the activation and your money was taken.
It is the last 9 number after 891223 0000 xxxxxxxxx.
Contact a CS_Agent by private messaging them on the envelope icon.

@KARANVEERSINGH1 any change you choose the option to pick up sim card from store,? If so, that could be the reason.
Please try login My account again and it should ask you to continue the activation and it will ask for your sim card number. If not , message support for further assistance
