good morning,
i have made a new account by first putting my phone number in and now i cant login with my email.
i would like help recovering my account or dissociating the acct that i made with my phone number.

@kieranjcampbell it does have the capability. I've tried it. this procedure weeds out the fraudsters. if you know your pin it makes things even easier.

@kieranjcampbell , check your inbox for a welcome email. It is possible that the account set up may not have completed if you did not receive the welcome email.

@kieranjcampbell why were you trying to create a new account? were you trying to change your email address? only customer support can change your email

type "account password" then (use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)

@kieranjcampbell You may be locked out due to too many attempts. Wait one hour before retrying and then make sure to clear your cache/cookies and use a different browser with private/incognito mode enabled.
If you're still having problems then submit a ticket to moderators via SIMon chatbot ? mark bottom right of your screen and ask fro assistance.
