I need to receive a new SIM card, Transfer a phone number from Virgin to Public and add the new number under the existing account.
Please advise as soon as possible.

Please note that you can’t have 2 numbers/accounts/activate SIM on one existing account.
You will need a new email address and you can use the same password for the second account. Remember to use the referral code of the first account when activating the second account.

Once you got the sim card,
If you are new subscriber: download PM app and start activation there. You can request porting after the payment step
If you are existing subscriber: Login My Account or the app, go to Profile (or Account) and update the sim card number first. Reboot phone and test the new sim card. After confirmed the new sim card works, then login My Account or App again and request Transfer Phone number from the Profile (or Account) page
