I have created a new account and transferred a phone number to it, i am able to call from the phone but i can t receive a call from it. Also, I am not able to send a receive an SMS  identifying my identity to log in that account. Who can i contact it...
I need to receive a new SIM card, Transfer a phone number from Virgin to Public and add the new number under the existing account.  Please advise as soon as possible.
