HELP !!!!!! , I am trying to transfer a phone number to public Mobile. I am neither able to get the phone to receive call or receive SMS. Login into the account to check anything . I was try calling Koodo and I was told . It s not our issue and hanged up. I don t know what to do . HELP!!!

I am having the same problem.  The phone recognizes the Public Mobile esim but it is not finding / recognizing the phone number.  I cannot receive the SMS text with the OTP to recognize the account either.

Is there a phone number to call for support?

Click the little envelop icon on top right side of page...I sent you a number you can call to get some help with your failed port. Good luck.

so you downloaded the Public Mobile app to activate a new account ...I suggest taking a new number initially, then start port process.
