Hello!
I have add-ons for data that I paid for. Do I have to burn through those before being able to touch the 150-day one I just received? Is there some way to be able to burn that one first??
And is there any way to talk to a Public Mobile human to get answers?

You'd want to burn through the paid add-on's first anyway, as those expire in 30 days whereas the bonus data is good for 150 days.
The issue is with those that have no expiry date add-on's, as I'm told it's a first in/first out thing, which is unfortunate.
Unless you bought those add-on's a year or more ago, before they started expiring?

I do believe you need to use your add on first, but you can talk to customer service by opening a ticket with the chat bot in the lower right corner

PM support is all online, you have to open ticket with them
for the 150 days bonus, you need to use up your current cycle data before the 150 days addon will start
