new 10GB data plan at $29/month

Just received a text offering this $29/month 10GB  of data at 4G speeds of up to 100mbps. Offer ends Jan. 14/24.  I'm an old guy just getting used to cell phones. Wanted to know if that date corresponds with my renewal date. Is the renewal date  the date I first signed up with Public Mobile? (that was about 2 years ago)and if it locks me in for a certain period of time and if it affects any of the "benefits" of my  current $20+ phone plan. Tried using their chat robot but I would have more luck getting an answer from the old willow tree outside my house. Is there an actual public mobile human being you can talk to to get answers or is that asking too  much.

Offer Clearly says if you accept it it will become active on NEXT renewal date and not on a day of acceptance.

No humans at PM. Only AI, CEO and friendly Community customers.

@oldsalt  if you accept the offer it won't affect your current rewards.  The end date usually refers to when this promotional price will expire.  Accepting these text offers usually means that the new plan takes place when your subscription renews.  It won't lock you in to any commitment.  PM is prepaid so it's just a month to month service and you can change any time.

@oldsalt  This is legitimate offer just reply  YES to except it won’t effect your rewards and the plan won’t expiry . And it will change on your  renewal day . Which is every 30 days from when you first activated
