Good morning, i am trying to switch from Bell to your company, Bell has cut me off but i only have SOS in the corner, how do i rectify this

Ported over this morning, with old sim, replyed to bell when they wanted me to cancel, went through the set up, and now its SOS only

Did you actually port your Bell number to PM?
Both accounts have to be active in order to do that. OLD SIM has to be in your phone in order to reply ono authorization SMS from Bell.
