network connectivity issues

Hi

 

I can't make calls and I can't receive calls.

Some time it works and sometimes it doesn't.

we have 3 lines with us and facing same issues.

 

Definitely it's not connectivity problems from my phone settings. I went through the forums and tried everything. None of them are working.

 

If it is the connectivity issue on my end, how come I can use mobile data and text messaging services. 

 

I suspect it is from the network provider intentionally doing something to switch users to other networks. 

 

As I'm paying for the services, network provider should be held responsible for the problem.

If all of your 3 phones are having the same issue. It sounds like an outage issue.

Could there be an outage where you are right now if it's happening to all the lines?
