try again, try to just type out the message and not copy and paste
if you still get the same error when try to submit, then copy all the text you just type, delete them and the use "Paste as text" to paste the text again and should be ok

thank you for this suggestion - it did get me to the page to do a private message but it is not letting me send it saying invalid HTML in the body and cannot send - says it has removed it but still wont' let me send
