can't get full access due to confirmation number going to a number I don't have access tohow do you get help if you can't get into your account

thank you for this suggestion - it did get me to the page to do a private message but it is not letting me send it saying invalid HTML in the body and cannot send - says it has removed it but still wont' let me send
