I just activate my new sim card and i enter the wrong code after unlocking my phone now it ask me for PUK pin pls help

They told me to get into the ticket but the link is not allow me in 

@MariaLumumba have you message them yet?? did yiu chexk the Community inbox for their reply?  what did they say?

 

This carrier, PM, has online support only and no number to call.  If you have checked the Community inbox and they have not replied yet, please message them again

I’m not getting the help I need at least can I get the number to call my carrier

Your Sim cannot be accessed. Please call your carrier to obtain your PUk Code. 

@MariaLumumba   why you think you need a PUK code?  You must see a message on the phone. What exact message is that?

I don’t know where to find my PUK code to unlock my sim and my message is not working so I can’t call my carrier 

@MariaLumumba what was the exact error message?  depends on the message and you have to act accordingly

if the sim is locked, you need CSA  assistance. as suggested by @Handy1 .

@anikimusa if you have another phone, test your sim card there and see if you get the same error message

so i got the pin from the carrier but it seem that is the sim card that is locked

@anikimusa  as said in my message above, that is a carrier lock and you need to get it from the provider you got the phone from for the PUK

what was the exact error message? Depends on the message, you have to ask the PUK code from different places

 

 

If it is a Samsung and if the message is "SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK." 

call  Samsung 1-800-726-7864, The only info you will need to provide for a master unlock was the IMEI and where the phone was purchased

 

If the message is “PIN unlock key (PUK)” or "Enter PUK Your SIM cannot be accessed" or on an iPhone's status bar showing  "Locked SIM"

If the message is "SIM network unlock PIN" or "SIM ME lock code NP"  or  on an iPhone's About->Carrier Lock showing "SIM locked"

You have to ask the carrier where you got the phone from for the carrier unlock code. (PM would not be able to help with this)
