hi i just joined PM.
in the self serve porting page no matter what i put down in that screen it does not allow me to port my telus number over.
i have all the relevant information needed and i am stuck.

If teh above suggestions do not work then you might want to try tomorrow. and if still having issues then i owuld message teh mods and ask them to complete teh port for you.

I always add the alternate number and add a note to call me if they have issue porting my number. But I did not any porting issue and don't know whether they will call or not.

To port over, your Telus account needs to be active.
Need your Telus account number, account holder name, telus phone number. Don't need IME, PIN, etc.
Sometimes, the website is finicky. You could try a different webbrowser, clearing cache or incognito/privacy mode. Chrome incognito seems to work...
