need esim for new phone

I have a new phone but i cant get past add a mobile network to download the public app so i can get a qr code to put my current plan onto my new phone , can anyone help

nope...you'll need to somehow, download the app to your new zflip6, using your local wifi. Can you delete and start phone set-up over again ?

Thats the problem , its a new zflip6 and i'm setting it up and it stops at the setup phone part so i cant get to the internet to get the app, is there another way to get the qr code?

you have an iPhone? did you try to get to the app store using Wifi?

and is your app store registered to Canada? were you able to get to App Store and just not able to find Public Mobile app from there?

I don't understand "you can't get past the mobile network to download the app" ? Just download the app on WiFi and sign in?
