I have changed my phone number, the 2 step verification code was sent to old number . I can not log in to my account. what is the solution

Thanks All for the help. I was able to solve my problem. I downloaded the mobile app. and through the app I was able to see alternative email 2 steps verification.

Just click on Resend Code and have it sent to your email. The text and call option will probably go to your old number.

If that fails, contact a CS_Agent by private message.

Click on resend code and you should get some options other than an sms to the old number.

@magic57  Try resending the code a few times or even put in wrong code and see if you don’t get option for email instead . Or get support to help you
