If you download the app, you have better success. when trying to login, if you do not see the option of emai or SMS, then try reset password. try forgot my password. when you were loged in make sure to setup your preferences.
If we are trying to log in through a PC, we do not see option of sending via email. I solved it by downloading the mobile app android. It gives you an option by SMS or Email.
